TEMPO High is a non-profit organization established in 1995. It's main goal is to support the Truckee High School Band Program. Our fundraising efforts support the band and allow band students to participate in honor bands, workshops and the spring tour. Our main annual fundraiser is the telethon. This live event, during which band performances are broadcast for the public, is shown on TTCTV Channel 6. It has been a highly successful fundraiser and we are already working on this year's event. The band is also a member of the eScrip program. Funds raised from this and all fundraisers help pay transportation, lodging and meals for the band's Spring Tour and other operating costs of the band.
